Frederic
The location was amazing, with beautiful views of the sea and a serene atmosphere. the traditional Japanese dinner was delicious and the hot springs were relaxing. It was a great place to spend Christmas, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They offered a pickup service which was convenient and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.
The hotel was quite expensive for a longer stay, and the breakfast was underwhelming. It could have been more interesting and varied, considering the price tag.

The hotel is located in a quiet, isolated place, offering breathtaking views of the sea both from the onsen and some rooms. the facilities are well-maintained and the staff is friendly and attentive. Guests can enjoy traditional Japanese dinners and breakfasts with many delightful choices.
The dinner, despite offering exquisite dishes, could be more exciting for its high price tag.

The room view was amazing, overlooking the sea and very calming to wake up to each day. The staff were friendly and always happy to help out with directions and suggestions for things to do in the area. The hotel location was great, easy access to public transport and lots of restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed the local tea offered in the room.
The hotel was quite expensive for what it offered. The room was smaller than expected and the amenities were basic.
